Monday, February 4, 2019 - #03-14, 7% abv. Fairly consistent with my previous notes; this still has a slight hint of sponti, but with some nice white fruits. The electricity seems to finally be sizzling out, giving way to a little more roundness on the palate. Nonetheless, there's still plenty of acidity, minerality, and freshness here, and the moderate bit of sweetness works really nicely with the structure here.
