Thursday, January 31, 2019 - Wine Country; 1/31/2019-2/3/2019 (California): Tasted at the Bedrock tasting room in Sonoma. Wow, the 2017 Bedrock Pagani Ranch is a total knockout. This Zin-based field blend has incredible structure to go the distance. This was everyone's favorite of the Zin-based blends we tried. This is already drinking well, but should age nicely.
