Saturday, February 16, 2019 - Decanted the wine for 11 hours - was definetely worth the wait. Nice complexity with cherry flavours, cloves, white pepper and also some raisin like flavours. Tannins very smooth. Very nice wine, paired perfectly well to a medium-rare tenderloin steak.
