Wednesday, February 20, 2019 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, meyer lemon, pear, green apple, polished steel, almonds and subtle hints of licorice - complex and interesting. Palate: Medium-bodied, pear, honeydew melon and apple attack, slightly creamy mouth-feel, great balance - acid driven mid-palate lift melds with perfectly ripe pear, melon and green apple up-front flavors, minerals appear in the back-end adding to the flavor party and lingering through a 45-60 second finish.

This is unlike any white wine I've ever tasted. A mix between a Cote de Beaune Chardonnay and a Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc, absolutely wonderful - oh and it's from Virginia!
