Friday, February 22, 2019 - Ruby. Light lilac/floral perfume with strawberry, vanilla bean, raspberry, wood chest. Tart red cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and a little bit of earth. Good acidity, gentle tannins let decant through the meal at Ma Cuisine in Beaune. Could spend more time in the cellar vs the decant. Great debut wine from Thibaud.
