And the palate is an melange of ripe, concentrated Riesling fruit, some bitter citrus, intense minerality (as Steinertal always seems to have), and electric acidity. This is opulent and bold—indeed, it’s grand—but it’s only medium-weight and it’s so well put together than the overal impression is elegant and effortless.
