Tuesday, March 12, 2019 - Bouchard Père et Fils Tasting with Frédéric Weber (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Tasting, brief note. Red and black cherry with faint spice, lots of firm structure, resulting in a backward character, slightly too assertive for the level of fruit.
