Saturday, March 16, 2019 - Whiskey, Hot Sauce, Champagne tasting w/Basketball (Our apt): This is always a favorite of mine and this bottle was no different. It's a different style of champagne. More focused it seems on spice and herbal style notes. Not so much in the butter or brioche category. Very crisp and clean. I think quite enjoyable.
