Friday, March 22, 2019 - I think this wine has balanced out more since the last time I drank it. It's really singing now. Light pale yellow, a bright and slightly floral nose. On the palate its well balanced between the fruitiness and the acidity. Melon and apricot but not overbearing. Full but also elegant. I was very impressed this time and maybe an extra year in the cellar really paid off.
