Saturday, March 23, 2019 - Consumed over two days, vacuvined and refrigerated, note from day 2. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, black cherry, Asian spice, cinnamon, and cola. Palate: Medium bodied, semi-creamy mouth-feel, black cherry and Asian spice attack, great balance, cranberry and spice driven mid-palate lift, spicy notes join in the back-end. Finish: Lengthy, 45-60 seconds, showing black cherry, ice tea, Asian spice, and cola. Overall quite elegant and polished, just what you expect when combining a superb grape source with wonderful winemakers - Kirk and Denise.
