Sunday, March 24, 2019 - A nice Cotes Du Rhône, but not a 90+ wine as some indicated here. A little air needed for it to gain balance. Alcohol is still lurking in the background, therefore it is more of a food fine. 13.5% and it tastes lighter than most of the heavier CdP cousins. I would recommend Tomato and vinegar based dishes as a paring.
