Saturday, January 5, 2019 - 3 days in Niagara; 1/4/2019-1/6/2019: 14 g/l residual sugar. Peach, musk and lime. There is a phenolic element to the palate, with the sweetness held well in check by a good line of acidity. Good length, with a profile that makes this interesting to drink.
