Sunday, March 31, 2019 - The recent brett comments had me a little worried, but this bottle was brett free. I gave this one plenty of air, but it was pretty reserved until the very end. There was also a lot of sediment in suspension, so stand this one up for a week before opening. While enjoyable, it feels like it’s still in hibernation. Rating withheld for now, will revisit in 2025.
