Thursday, November 8, 2018 - Straw yellow with a golden hue. The nose is clean, medium in intensity, with aromas of lemon zest, fresh herbs and almonds. No oak. The palate is dry, with medium acidity and alcohol. There's a mineral note on the pleasant, slightly bitter almond finish. Drink now, not intended for aging.
