  • A: medium lemon
N: almond, lemon rind, pear, yeast, yellow apple, peach pit. Medium(+) intensity
P: salty! Dry, medium acid, some bitterness, medium alcohol perceived, full body (unexpected), pronounced intensity, medium finish
C: surprised at how low the acid call was. It should be higher.
BLIC? Very good quality wine made for early consumption. I wish the acid was higher as I would hold a few bottles for a while just for fun. $15. This would adore some seafood.

  • Straw yellow with a golden hue. The nose is clean, medium in intensity, with aromas of lemon zest, fresh herbs and almonds. No oak. The palate is dry, with medium acidity and alcohol. There's a mineral note on the pleasant, slightly bitter almond finish. Drink now, not intended for aging.
