Thursday, April 11, 2019 - This is from 750, from a new batch of bottles I bought back in December 2018. The back labels on these seems to be in constant change with what I presume are new disgorgements. This bottle's back label has a disgorge date of October 2017, with a composition of 35% Chard / 65% Pinot Noir, yet there is no dosage info. This has a salmon color, and perhaps a little toasted aroma. The back label does say 40% done in wood, so not sure what the program is for this batch, but maybe the 'chene' is talking. Has a good spine of lime to provide acidity, along with some green apple and raspberry. Touch of saline passes through the finish, and all together, this is drinking solid for the $40 I paid for it. The NV Godme Rose, like Dethune, continues to be a strong performer for my cellar.
