Saturday, April 13, 2019 - Fantastic nose with menthol, sweet perfume, library book, and pencil. This was very dry with plenty of acid and tannin. It was lightly flavored with soil, iron, cedar, leather, and a bit of each of some tart and dark fruits. Nice texture, with a touch of firmness to the tannins still. The nose was the most exciting part, and this was good, old bordeaux, but the flavors have lost intensity.
