Saturday, April 13, 2019 - Six hour decant. Deep dark ruby magenta color. Cranberry, cinnamon, ripe raspberry, cherry, daisies and petroleum jelly on the deeply fruited nose (more red than black/blue). Smooth, velvety, mouth filling palate, with good acidity and subtle espresso. Full, round tannins on the medium long finish. This is a very sophisticated, if not necessarily elegant, Cabernet Sauvignon.
