Wednesday, April 10, 2019 - Drunk with a sublime sirloin in Meson Castellano in Tenerife. This is ridiculous. Less than 4 years old. In essence a Crianza. It is outstanding. Deep colour, incredible ripe dark fruit on the nose. Refined on the palate with the spectacularly clean, fresh fruits carrying through. The balance is impeccable. The winemaking here is truly exceptional.
