Saturday, April 20, 2019 - Last bottle, sadly. Drinking beautifully, everything seems to line up perfectly now, though it has some life left in it. Cherries, a bit of spice, with a hint of tartness and earth. Popped, poured down a bit beyond the neck, and let sit for a few hours. Then drank over the course of 2-3 hours. Recently had some '06 Barolos that couldn't hold a candle to this bottle.
