Sunday, April 21, 2019 - This has to be right in the sweet spot. A beautiful fruit forward nose with cherries and leather with a hint of creme brulee and nutmeg.
On the palate the tannins are soft and silky in perfect balance with the acids. cherry pie, frozen daiquiri, and strawberry jam come to mind. This is just wonderful. A perfect balance between an over extracted and wimpy pinot with just the right amount of punch. Love it.
