Thursday, April 18, 2019 - Neb Vinous Blind 1989 Barolo & Barbaresco Dinner (Buona Notte, NYC): [Double decanted for an hour around 12:30m.] Cloudy, not properly decanted. Perhaps moved too close to decanting time. Big smoky nose. Sweet cherry on the mid-palate. Long, sour cherry finish. Very good, but I've had better bottles.
