Tuesday, August 12, 2008 - Decanted for 2 hours, Black fruit, licorice, old leather and tar nose, still tight on the nose. Lots going on the palate, very concentrated and complex. Explosion on the tongue, lead pencil, cassis and little austere, good structure, vanilla notes, acidic mouth fill, good lengthy finish. Needs more time to develop, but still my WOTN on the palate. 91pts
