Tuesday, July 2, 2019 - jammy sweet cherries and whole cluster spice on the nose. There’s such a sense of ripeness and sweetness in the aromas that you get nervous that the palate is going to be flabby or hot, but it isn’t. The acidity balances things and keeps the wine in check. It’s still on the sweet side though. I’ve gotta admit I kinda like it, but it’s more immediately delicious than particularly complex.
