Friday, July 5, 2019 - Essence of cherry, wood-inflected notes of leather, cedar, sandalwood, mineral notes over chewy tannins today. Not quite as hard as some of the '98 Arnoux 1er Crus have some across in the past and while certainly not resolved, this seems to be more accessible in an overall sense. Drying, tannic finish. A food wine for meat.
