Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - This is a benchmark flavor profile for chablis. And yet, I can't help but feel it doesn't stand out. Quite dry and mineral driven, with the typical saline quality. Nothing to complain about, but not my favorite, which shouldn't be an issue given the prices today for these.
