Friday, July 12, 2019 - Medium ruby with transparency. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, tar, and a bit of floral. Medium body and finish, high acid, and flavors of cherry, strawberry, and a bit of mineral and spice, but mostly fresh and fruity nebbiolo here with a bright acidity. I don't find this tannic, and basically ready to go with your standard Italian fare.
