Sunday, July 28, 2019 - Opened and let breathe. Tasted after about an hour. Relatively thin, both in terms of look and initial taste. Decided to let it breathe in the glasses-marked improvement. Filled out beautifully. Spicy with enough fruit remaining to provide depth. Definitely time to drink!
