Friday, August 30, 2019 - Still motoring along, and seems much younger than a 1992. Buttery and toast, good acid. Oak usage well judged - noticeable, but balanced. Had some from the fridge a couple of weeks after opening and oxygen had minimal effect on it. Bomb proof and will last for many more years.
