Friday, September 6, 2019 - 2017 Frauenberg GG - 3-5 year old barrels, 30-40% whole bunch pressing, cool, still restrained nose, recognizable red fruit, wonderful raspberry fruit, also fine violet notes; super acid bite, good structure, very clear fruit, the tannin is noble and delicate. Cool base with animating freshness. Needs time, 92-94 2025-2040
