Tuesday, October 1, 2019 - Pio Cesare Barolo 2004. On the nose, some licorice, soy, undergrowth, banana. On the palate this was quite elegant, with the usual licorice and herbaceous qualities, some soy, elegant with a clean mid palate. 93/100 it’s coming along very nicely.
