Thursday, September 4, 2008 - An utterly compelling wine! This wine had a sweet fruit profile, but it was light, lithe and nimble. It was unctuous, but had an ethereal side that almost floated to the heavens. There was also a little tart typical Chablis mineral, zesty citrus, and crispness; but this wine had a finish to die for. It lasted forever. It was present, but never invaded the mouth. I love it!
