Thursday, October 17, 2019 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, rock candy, leather, forest floor, and undertones of dark fruit - blackberry and cassis. Palate: Medium bodied, dark fruit and dark earth attack, slight spice kick thru the mid-palate, leather and tobacco notes in the back-end. Finish: Medium length showing dark fruit, dark earth, and tobacco. Good balance, smooth edges, good depth, just a little out of harmony at the moment - great potential here. Drink 2022-2025.

12/16/2019 12:25:00 AM - That's an extremely tight drinking window for this wine. These high-quality Pessac-Leognan wines tend to age well.. Are you convinced that your window is correct?
