Sunday, October 20, 2019 - The 2012 Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru Les Forest surprised us the most in the white blind flight, it stood up well against Grand Cru Puligny and got my vote for white wine of the flight. Tasted blind - Slight reduction, bright orchard fruits, lychee, ripe yet sharp citrus. Full bodied with great acidity. Graceful, smart reduction and light touch of new oak. My Batard Montrachet 2014?
