Sunday, October 20, 2019 - Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, black cherry, rock candy, and forest floor. Palate: Medium bodied, nice balance, sweet dark red fruit attack - cherry and pomegranate, spice driven mid-palate lift, earthiness blends in the back-end. Finish: Medium length dominated by spicy red fruit and earth.
