Monday, October 28, 2019 - Vigorous mousse, very youthful appearance, bits of biscuity golden apple with subtle brown spices combined with yeasty complexity. Very pure, precise and linear. Needs time to loosen up a bit because this is quite tight, although pleasantly so. Try again in the next 2-3 years.
