Saturday, November 2, 2019 - Last bottle. Still a deep garnet core, but broad brick rim. Meaty tertiary aromas with hint of bramble. Tannin fully resolved, but avidity is balanced. Good with venison casserole - would be even better sipping in front of a fire with chees course, but not an option this evening sadly. Drink up if you have any left
