Sunday, November 3, 2019 - Much better than the bottle opened in August, this is serious, manly Pinot Noir. Darker compared to the Savigny from Jacob, more substance and material, still slightly tannic. On cherry fruit, spices and sous bois notes. Needs time to open up. Will live.
