Tuesday, November 5, 2019 - Most would go to Puligny for this one. The colour does not say 17 years old - more like seven. On the nose there is none of the iodine and honey one gets with most Chablis of this age. It's rounded and powerful like a good burgundy, but the acidity could give it away. With time, and temperature, there is a very pronounced smell of caramel. Not so nice!
