Wednesday, November 6, 2019 - Dinner at Tonny's (Tonny Restaurant, Geylang Lor 3, Singapore): Very enjoyable, but again lacking a touch of finesse. The nose was a nice mix of sweet violets and deep blueberry fruit, earth, meat and just a touch of spice. The nose had a nice balance and and feel to it, with soft tannins and decent acidity wrapped around a core of blue fruit, again sprinkled with a bit of spice and some mineral. The 2004 came in at the end, with a touch of bittersweet bramble and mint sprig at the very end. Overall very enjoyable though. Good time to drink too.
