Wednesday, November 13, 2019 - A good but somewhat weaker performance - from various standard bottles this felt as if it was a bit too young (and possibly not the strongest base vintage composition?). Bollinger NV does benefit a lot from bottle age. Good here but missing the depth and richness that this can have from aged bottles and especially magnum aged bottles.
