Sunday, November 17, 2019 - Deep garnet, beautiful dark red fruit, a bit of earth and pepper notes on the nose. Beautiful restrained dark red fruit with pepper (not green) notes, nice body, well balanced, and good structure, and a killer finish that lasts a long time, starting with fruit and drying nicely. Served with a chuck roast, slow cooked with peperoncini, served over noodles. Oh my gosh, I can still taste it!
