Wednesday, November 27, 2019 - Took this to a restaurant for dinner, paired very well with both black Cod and Scallops. Lovely fruit forward nose on opening, well balanced, opened nicely during dinner. At home, I would probably decant for at least an hour or so, but even pop & pour this is drinking very well.
