Saturday, December 7, 2019 - Impressively full and toasty for a cava. Blood orange, caramel. Medium acidity and light body point to cava, as well as the green/metallic/terpenic quality on the mid palate. But overall very good. Can’t remember the price. I’d say good deal up to $20.
