Friday, December 13, 2019 - One of the best burgs I have had all year, and even better than the first bottle I had a few months back. Perfectly stored bottle which was still a dark ruby to purple. Clear in the glass albeit quite a lot of sediment. A wonderful barnyard nose. Utterly delightful. Perfectly balanced. Medium bodied. Drank at Sage
