Friday, December 20, 2019 - Cask Sample. Intense and present with darker plums, powerful raspberries and a wonderfully perfumed spicy tone. Pretty full-bodied wine with a lot of energy and concentration. Slightly softer darker red fruit, leather and salts. Pure acidity throughout. Refined. Long finish. Needs time, but this was a Bonnes Mares one understands. 95 points.
