Friday, December 27, 2019 - No formal note: Amazing wine. Intoxicating nose of ripe fruit, medium petrol, some candied ginger(?). Excellent balance, not at all heavy. Medium sweetness with good acidity to make it go well with monkfish à l’amoricaine.
