Friday, January 3, 2020 - Medium colour, and somewhat savoury at the moment, with notes of green capsicum, white pepper and sage. Not much primary fruit, with light sour tannins and cutting acidity - might be going through a bit of a dumb phase. Opened up a little after two hours and went well with roast duck breast and sour cherries.
