Saturday, January 4, 2020 - Having had this before, I knew this was going to be on the richer/fuller side compared to most of my go-to Oregon chardonnays, which is exactly what I wanted to pair with a delicious fish stew we ate this weekend. This delivered what I was looking for. It was creamy with butterscotch and baked apple on top of some lemon zest.
