PnP, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium gold. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with developing aromas of butterscotch, Meyer lemon, melon rind, almond, and saline. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium+ intensity, medium+ body, 14.1% abv, with flavors of red apple, butterscotch and saline with a medium+ finish. Overall an outstanding wine likely at it's peak showing great mouth-feel and balance - creamy fruity mouth-feel countered by a solid acidic backbone. Drink now or over the next 2 years.

Having had this before, I knew this was going to be on the richer/fuller side compared to most of my go-to Oregon chardonnays, which is exactly what I wanted to pair with a delicious fish stew we ate this weekend. This delivered what I was looking for. It was creamy with butterscotch and baked apple on top of some lemon zest.

Notes of Apple, lime, flowers, honeysuckle and a little almond nuts on the finish. I liked this better than my spouse did.
We had this with chicken pot pie, chicken sausages with feta and kale, baked potatoes and steamed carrots with dill.
Drink now / soon. Especially good with chicken.

This is not my style of wine but I really enjoyed it none the less. Very creamy and rich. Nice for the style.

A nice balance of citrus, creamy apple, and caramel/butterscotch . Some floral notes on the nose and good length on the finish that lingers.
